Order Cancellation Policy
Because we attempt to dispatch our premium collections rapidly to preserve tight delivery schedules, our order cancellation guidelines operate within precise time windows.
1. Cancellations Prior to Dispatch
You can request an order cancellation within a maximum window of 12 hours after placing your order. To initiate a cancellation, please immediately contact our priority team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your original Order Number so we can halt processing before fulfillment begins.
2. Post-Dispatch Status
Once an item has transitioned to a dispatched status or has been handed off to our shipping logistics courier nodes, the order cannot be cancelled mid-transit. Instead, you can simply receive the parcel and initiate a standard return process according to our return window criteria.
