1. Return Eligibility & Window

We accept return or replacement requests within 3 days from the delivery date of your package. To qualify for a return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, and presented in its original luxury packaging with all structural tags fully intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Items showing clear signs of handling, wear, or physical surface scuffs.
  • Customized personal commissions, modified pieces, or final markdown sale assets.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your returned item is safely received back at our fulfillment center and successfully undergoes our structural quality clearance inspection, your refund will be finalized. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days directly to your original payment route (Bank, UPI, or Card).
