This website is for online “offer and acceptance” of the jewellery and lifestyle items posted and advertised on the website. The terms and conditions may be changed, altered, revised, or updated at the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice.

2. Membership

Membership corresponding to transaction rights is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Account

While transacting through the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password, as well as access to your computer, mobile phone, and network. You are also responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

As a User, you agree to:

5. Sale of Goods

  • All transactions from or through this Website shall be deemed to have been conducted from the registered office of Varshele Luxe.
  • Transactions shall be subject to applicable Indian laws.
  • The transaction is deemed complete once the Tax Invoice is raised and delivery is made via a third-party courier or Company personnel.
  • All sales are subject to applicable taxes under Indian GST regulations.
  • The offer for sale is restricted to items displayed on the Website. The Company may modify, remove, or discontinue any product at its discretion.
  • All products are handcrafted and made-to-order; minor variations of up to ±10% in weight, color, texture, or form may occur.
  • Gold items bear BIS Hallmark certification where applicable. Certain products may not be eligible for BIS hallmarking based on prevailing regulations.
  • Diamonds and gemstones may be accompanied by authenticity or grading certificates issued by recognized laboratories where applicable.
  • Shipping from our showroom or warehouse to the customer is borne by the Company. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due in advance.
  • Payments can only be made through the Website’s authorized payment gateway in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are deemed received only when credited to the Company’s bank account.

7. Delivery

  • Goods are considered in transit once dispatched through a courier service and delivered when handed over to the customer or their authorized recipient.
  • Delivery can only be made to the customer or their authorized person. Authorization must be communicated through email to the Company’s official support email address.
  • Recipients must provide valid identity and address proof at the time of delivery.

Acceptable proofs include:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID (EPIC)
  • Any valid ID issued by the Central or State Government

PAN Card shall not be considered valid proof for delivery purposes.

A Tax Invoice will be provided with every transaction. Customers are advised to inspect the item and accompanying documents immediately upon delivery. Please refer to the Return Policy for further guidance.

8. Insurance

  • Transit insurance is arranged by the Company free of cost until delivery.
  • Minor damages occurring during transit may not be covered under insurance.
  • Customers may be required to provide necessary documentation and cooperation in case of an insurance claim.

9. Warranty

Goods shall be considered defective only if they contain material or manufacturing defects. Minor differences in handcrafted products, website images, texture, color, weight, or finish shall not qualify as defects.

10. Disclaimer

  • Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, finish, size, color, and texture.
  • Handcrafted products may contain slight irregularities which are part of the artisanal process.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or net banking.
